Omaha has 84th highest home vacancy rate among U.S. metro areas.

The number of vacant homes in the Omaha area was nearly 3,700 in the third quarter of 2018, a 113-unit decrease over what it was a year ago, according to new real estate numbers reported by ATTOM Data Solutions.
