Katie Arant (Coneflower Creamery), Michelle Dill (Big

Greater Omaha Chamber Green Tomato Granola) and Philip Shaffart (Blackstone Meatball, Pageturners and The Sports Hall) will speak to specific questions pertaining to starting their business, what surprises and challenges they met and real life advice for those of us just getting into the game.
