Census Bureau: More women than men in West Point in 2017

Of the 3,324 people living in West Point in 2017, 50.2 percent (1,669) were women and 49.8 percent (1,655) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Nebraska Business Daily.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 939-to-831. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 404 females and 322 males.
